What does it cost to list?
Nothing. Creating your account, publishing your listing, and receiving inquiries are all free. We earn a commission only when a booking is closed and honored.
How do you verify operators and coaches?
Operators are reviewed by our editorial team — an NSCA Level 2 coach and a state-champion competitive shotgunner. Coaches are verified through their NSCA member number and a brief phone confirmation.
How do I get paid for a booking?
Hunters and students pay you directly using whatever method you accept — wire, card, check. Wing and Clay never sits in the middle of your booking. We invoice the commission after the trip or lesson is honored.
How fast do inquiries come in?
It depends on your category and season. Endorsed lodges typically see their first inquiries within two weeks of going live. Coaches in active markets often see them within a few days.
What if a student or hunter no-shows?
Cancellation and no-show terms are yours to set, and they're displayed clearly on your listing. If a booking doesn't happen, no commission is owed.
Can I list multiple offerings?
Yes. Lodges can publish unlimited trips. Schools can publish unlimited programs. Coaches can publish multiple session types and ranges. The flat commission applies regardless of how many offerings you list.
How do I become Wing and Clay Endorsed?
Endorsement is earned, not bought. Our editors visit, hunt, or shoot with every Endorsed operator. Endorsed status carries a badge on your listing and inclusion in editorial features. Visit our Endorsement page for the full criteria.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. There is no contract and no commitment. Listings are month-to-month — you can pause, edit, or remove your listing at any time from your operator console.
